Bolero

I went to Bolero and the service was a little bit of everything. Our waitress, Sarah was very efficient, accurate, and pointed out the best way, in terms of serving size, to eat tapas. When we asked about the cowboy museum, she replied " Oh I haven't been there since I was seven." She wasn't really excited about her job, but she wasn't frowning. Overall, she got a 7, because although she was similar to the flying saucer waitress, she couldn't tell us about a local place so she gets a little lower of a score.
