We spent Monday driving down to Monterey and Carmel. We hit the aquarium, 17 mile drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea and stopped in Palo Alto on way home to drive through campus at Stanford. Surprisingly, the jellyfish were the best thing at the famous aquarium. We also found a great beach just past the Carmel Gate of 17 Mile.
Coming home we pulled over in garlic capital Gilroy at Ralph's Cherry Hut, a roadside vegetable stand where we bought the world's best-tasting strawberries. All other berries can work as hard as they wish, but they will never break the Ralph's Line.
